A newer user with very little rep is selling me an Instagram account for $60.
I was wondering how easy it is to get accounts back as I am not very familiar.
Should I do this or no? i really like the name.

If he for example verifies his phone number in the account's name, then yes. Otherwise.. Very hard I'd guess.

Make sure to get the OG (used to sign up) email with it otherwise he can pull back through that.
Also make sure that you add your phone number, add your email and confirm it. Place 2FA on your email if you really want to keep it secure.
