Yahoo Answers can actually be good sometimes. I admire anyone who puts actual effort into the site, it's helped me with homework a lot.

Yahoo answers is filled with spam bots now. It used to be really useful and now not so much.

I did too.
I always considered Yahoo answers to be the biggest joke of internet advice giving. More than half of the activity on Yahoo Answers is about middle school girlfriend problems, after all.

On the other hand, I had never heard of someone going on the Yahoo Answers site. I always ask a question into Google, and someone's already asked it on Yahoo Answers.

Also I haven't came accross a single Yahoo Answers post in the past year that didn't have some sort of spam link attached.
