This user, current HF username; Electrode, asked me to exchange his paypal to my btc. He was supposed to send me $96 paypal for my $81.7 btc. I had a doubt. So, I split the deal in two parts
my $30 btc for his $30 pp
my $51.7 btc for his $66 pp
I sent him first $30 btc and he went offline. He came back after 24 hours and told me some excuses which I believed. Yeah, I know. That was stupid of me.
And he paid me only $29.5 paypal for my $30 btc and said that he would cover it in the next payment.
And then, I asked him not to go offline or wait for confirmation for btc payment and just send me paypal as soon as I send the money out of my wallet. I again sent him the remaining $51.7 btc and he just went offline after receiving the funds.
And since then he has been offline for about 72 hours and came back online yesterday and ignored all my PMs and made a new post.

No staff does not intervene in deal disputes.
It's up to you to check out the user or use a trusted Mm.

Up to you to research who you deal with.
Always use a very well known Mm if you are unsure.
