View Forum Posting History - Steve - Mar 7, 2017
This suggestion is very similar to the View All Your Posts In A Thread suggestion that got implemented a few days ago.
My suggestion is to broaden this feature to forums. When viewing a users Post Activity you could click the number that shows how many posts they have in a given forum and you would be shown a compilation of all of their posts in that section, just like how the new feature does for threads.
Since many members have a lot of posts in particular forums, it could simply show a maximum number of posts, say, the 50 or 100 most recent.
This could have the same benefits as the new feature, but extended to forums instead of just threads, and also could be very useful for moderators for finding rule breakers/spammers in certain forums.
I would think this would be useful and easy to implement given how the last suggestion was. Let me know what you think!
Note: Since the post activity page is an ub3r only feature I guess this would be too.

Staying on topic, my only concern with this is how much more significant (or possibly not) the work would be from searching through pages in a thread for posts to searching though multiple threads in a forum for posts.
Actually though, since there's a black cross on every thread icon that a user has posted in, that means that what threads a user has posted in is stored, and this feature could use that information to only search threads the user has posted in.

Sorting by forum gives you least recent posts first, while not going back that far, and does not give them the nice compilation style that the new feature does.
Maybe this is sufficient, but it could be streamlined to be much more effective.

Using the Search function you can see everyone's posts and threads in a certain section. I think it would be a cool feature to link that to the number of posts in the section. For example, here are all my posts in Suggestions and Ideas.
