if he scammed you open a scam report. If you want to report this to the community open a community alert. but this is not the right section as staff dont get involved.

Ubers can get negative feedback only by other ubers so yeah it is true all my negative feedbacks are from ubers whit no reason lol

Staff doesn't get involved with deal disputes. Go make a deal dispute, and when you do it please articulate your position better. Defend your "clames".

If you were a customer of his product and feel that you were scammed, you can make a deal dispute in DD forum. If you want to warn the community make a community alert here.
We do not get involved in deal disputes.
