Hello,

Profile uid - 498348

I had gone on holidays to another country (Can give details to any staff member who can help). I used my hf account and sent omni a message regarding some rep abuse. He proceeded to close my account (reason stolen). However, I'm the owner of the account.

I read the rules and it said to make a new account with the same username_temp and contact. I have been trying to and it isn't working. I'm back in my country and on the system that I always used for accessing my account. I don't know how to reach out to any staff member or omni other than making this thread.

I have been using my account for years now and I have invested in it. I would appreciate any help.

Please advise.

P.S I understand that the staff is only trying to protect users by doing this. However, I am back on my pc and on the same internet connection I always used. It can be checked and verified I believe. No suspicious activity was done on my account. Any other details needed to verify can be provided too.

so he closed it for the pm uve sent it? so your complain should be changing closed reason lol,
i doubt your acc is gonna get opened again (i think it only happened a couple of time through out the history of hf. based on wat ive been told anyways)

However it wasn't stolen ever. It was me trying to use it in another country. That is what screwed up the trust scan.

I sent omni a message which prompted him to check and he proceeded to close it. I am sure if there is a formal check, they'll be able to understand.

I think my reasons for message were justified. At the max, it should have been a warning if I broke or wasted his time.

Omniscient (or anybody else for that matter) can't verify that claim. Your account was closed for lost or stolen and will not be recovered. Simple as that.

It's up to Omniscient. He won't be happy to see this thread. I know how these types of situations are handled, there is basically ZERO chance of your account being recovered.

I know it sucks to see threads like these. But I have already tried contacting through the contact form.

So, I'm supposed to just let it be ? years of posts and making friends, leet, uber. The email I created my account from, checking location of ip, contacting me on any other account.. my skype has been listed in my posts. I am available there too.

It's unfortunate. But honestly I don't believe you. Omniscient probably understands about vacations, and that type of stuff. There must have been something else going on, and regardless of whether it's your fault or not, your account is closed and that is the end.

If that is how it is going to be, without verification or any attempt to help me out, then it sucks. I'll wait for the staff to see and respond to it. I hope they try to at least verify once.

Idk why you're being so ignorant, I'm sure if Omni thinks maybe it was his mistake he'll double check maybe, and OP already stated he can provide additional proof, wrongful closures have happened in the past and have been fixed shouldn't be any different with OP if he's being honest.

Holy fuck. So glad Omni contacted me before closing my account back when I logged in from a different country.

Fuck. Imagine losing an 8 year old account over a false alarm.

When you send me a report of rep abuse. I look into the accounts. And as you admit, your IP's didn't match. Usually that's a stolen or sold account. I see that now you're in your original country and ISP.

Your account is open again but the RKO is not reversible.
