Although there is a very high chance of Mcgregor being defeated, I am very excited for this to happen (if it does).
Anybody else have thoughts on this?

Just look at the David Haye vs Bellew fight, anything can happen. Mcgregor is a prolific striker in mma and can do damage, Mayweathers game is usually defensive while Conor is the opposite. Mayweather could be too aggressive thinking he will walk Mcgregor and get done. You never know, his last professional boxing fight was back in September 2015 and only has a 26/49 knockout record.
Is it too long a time out of the game? Still don't think the fight will go ahead tho.

I really don't see the point, lol. He doesn't need to come out of the retirement to prove anything and it's two different fighting styles.

Bro, floyd is one of the fastest boxers ever, hes not a knockout type of fighter so that stat is irrelevant.. McG wont touch him.
