White loading symbol with blackscreen - Senor Suave - Mar 12, 2017 So, there was two sub forums and I choose this one. Sorry, if I put it in the wrong section. Anyway, I screwed up. I was running on hard drive C with Windows 10, my mouse was being stupid and I needed my other hard drive (D). So I pulled out hard drive D when HD C was still running. Then I did a hard reset. This screwed everything up. Now when I boot, it's a black screen with a white loading screen. I didn't update my PC and I can't use crl+alt+ delete or boot into Windows start up repair. Any tips? * - ka$h - Mar 12, 2017 1. Why did you pull out a drive while the PC was running 2. Have you put the drive back in and tried? 3. Can you provide an image of the white loading screen? 4. Just to make sure, you are actually on Windows 10? 5. Can you access your BIOS? * - Senor Suave - Mar 13, 2017 (Mar 12, 2017 11:50 PM)ka$h Wrote: 1. Make sure your C drive is visible in the BIOS 2. Might simply be some corrupted files, I would recommend you create a bootable Windows 10 media on another PC, boot to it and select to repair your installation. https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10ISO * - jonas.andersson - Mar 14, 2017 did you do a upgrade of your os?
