I an new to hacking and doing a job in mobile company.
I want to learn web app pentesting and mobile pentesting.
Please tell me from where i start. Please give me resources

First off, there is a pentesting subforum here on HF: Pentesting and Forensics
There you can find a lot of threads that deal with pentesting, however I am not sure if they will be mobile/web app or not. There is also a sticky on top that has a ton of resources you can use for pentesting.
