7. You cannot ask for or offer reputation in posts, signatures, or PM. This includes encouragement like "rep is appreciated".
Seems like nothing can be done if it is offsite. Can another member confirm this?

Guys. Yeah its not allowed. But that was OFFSITE in Skype. Not in HF.
Most likely Staff doesn't care. It could be faked. Skype needs to be proofed that it belongs to the right user.
