What other effects can pepper have on my eyes except from the irritation?
Some crazy lady pepper sprayed me thinking i was following her....

It could cause nerve damage, but since you only got sprayed once you should be fine in a few hours

Pretty sure you're fine. It's not as bad as pepperspray but I often dry out "superhots" as well as turn them into sauce. I've gotten pure capsicum in my eyes many times.
