Javascript scrollbar question - oвѕervanт - Mar 24, 2017
I want the same scroll effect like this but I can't seem to find a jquery plugin or javascript that does this for me. I don't have any idea how I can achieve this. Basically when I scroll down a little until the food listing is visible, only the food listing scrolls with my scrollbar.
Example:
www.pizzeriapronto.nl

View the source of the page and see what they use.

Everything is minified and when I beautify it, I can't make out which part causes the middle screen to scroll. I never worked with scroll before.

I mean see what library they use. I'm on mobile and can't help.

Not quite sure what they are using but you can definitely recreate this effect with sticky positioning!
Here's a good read:

and a good demo:

This is simply sticky positioning. Very simple. Added to chrome support in 57.X
Code
top: 10px; /* Space from top of screen */
position: sticky;Note: The top attribute MUST be specified. Chrome is still shady here and there. But it will get better.
