Looking For Moderators On My Cracking Forum - ProTechXS - Mar 26, 2017
I have yet to release my new cracking forum which will be released tomorrow or in the upcoming days.
But before I cut to the chase I need to find some moderators that will help me out.
You must send me an application with the following:
Why you deserve it -
How active you are -
How good you are at cracking (1-10) -
How will you support new members -
I will read over the application and then I will accept/decline you.
I will keep a total of 3-5 moderators.

Are you serious? You don't need 5, nor 3, not even 1 moderator on a forum that hasn't even been released. It should be just you, and you alone.
HF has 3 million members, with only 6 staff members (including Omni). That's 0.0002% is staff members.

Lool People I understand It's a lot but Hackforums isn't a dominating forum when it comes to cracking (no offense)
There are tons of leechers coming for accounts, configs combos and more and I need to be ready
I understand it's a lot but I want to make sure it stays clean.

Yeah, out of the 3m+ members, HF doesn't have any leechers. The freebies/giveaway sections don't get thousands of posts a day.

Wait till OP creates another thread asking how to get engagement on his forum. Engagement doesn't happen out of blue. There's has to be ongoing engagement on forum before others start participating in.
