I have tried everything, I am using the version for 1.8 from github, I've turned off cloudflare, removed js from headerinclude, and reinstalled pluginlibrary, but inferno shoutbox loads on. If you want to have a look it is at hackersarise.co and the test login is user:test pass:Password9876@

Update your MyBB cache, specifically your plugin cache.

Check your template files. It may have been uninstalled incorrectly or overwrote your MyBB template.

Nope, even stranger yet a subdomain using the same theme (I exported my current to test it) doesn't have any issue

You are having a caching issue or the files are still on your server.

If there is no file for it to use then it's not there.

I realize that, I meant I deleted everything then re-uploaded it, I have purged every cache and to no avail.

there has been this issue with cloudflare when i used it in 2012, cant remember fix but was something in the files, i switched to the other one

I had seen a few articles but I disabled caching in cloudflare (that's the supposed problem) then paused it completely and it didn't seem to help
If you visit the site from mobile it works but the shoutbox never actually loads on the desktop version now. Any ideas?
