The forums are brand new. I need some help adding content! The forums are based upon a book called Whole Brain Power.

this is an amazing idea! I love this.
Currently I am very serious about weight lifting and nutrition so i believe that i can be of help and can help other people with advice with lifting or their diets, etc.

Just take a look at the poor souls who have gaming addictions - I used to be one myself. This program offers a great solution for these problems!

Yeah i used to be a gamur but decided to just go cold turkey and end it because i was just wasting my time.
Thats p cool tho, my handwriting is godawful so i might actually read more about that program.
