If you are aware of XXL freshmen, you can vote for the rappers to be on the cover for the 2017 XXL freshmen. I have a working voting bot that I wrote myself that can vote about 1 vote a second on a single thread. If you run like 8-10 threads, you can get 28,000-36,000 votes per hour. Leave this running in a day, and surely your artist will win.

You serious? Just duplicate the request and it succeeds. You don't have to do anything special.
