This is my list of top 10 best wizards in Harry Potter. Let me know what you think of my list.
1.Albus Dumbledore
2. Tom Riddle
3. Grindewald
4.Severus Snape (I simply choosed snape because he Infiltrated Voldemort's camp and he also made his own spells "Sectumsempra")
5. Alastor Moody a great auror he died during a battle against Voldemort not many pepole would take a battle against Voldemort just look how Bellatrix escaped from Dumbledore during the battle in the ministry
6. Minerva Mcgonagall
7. Bellatrix Lestrange
8. Kingsley Shacklebolt A top auror that was in a duell against Voldemort in the battle of hogwarts
9. Sirius Black A good wizard was equal to or better than Snape in his prime. Escaped from Azkaban.
10. Barty Crouch Jr.
11. Filius Flitwick
12. Lilly Potter
13. Antonin Dolohov
