It's a cover up for what actually happened to Harambe. I know he's a gorilla, but they used the code word Orangutan instead, so it means nothing to a normal person reading it.

From my research i'm not sure how reliable it may be but there were hundreds of machines hacked that had that configuration.
That's mostly likely one of them oddly enough its a Korean system.
I'm not sure i've never seen something like that, maybe someone can share what they know?
