i came upon a really good keylogger its called shadow keylogger i didnt make it its meant for like local use no ftp setting that i know of place it on ur flash drive or the hdd of the victims computer

Nobody cares after you scan it at virustotal. Virustotal shares the info with all the other vendors. It will soon be detected by ALL of them.
Use http://scanner.novirusthanks.com/ and tick Do Not Distribute under advanced options
