Will this work on MacOS?
If not, can I use it on a VM or via a program that runs Windows applications or will I have to use it on my Windows Machine?

It won't work on Mac OS, but I see no reason why it won't work in an emulated Windows environment.

Silent Monero Miner Review
I received a review copy of this miner and just tried it out. It does everything that is said in the OP and this is definitely worth the price that is set, no doubt. The support is great as well, I have never used a miner before but just learned everything I need to know with help of Riddick. Appreciate the help and the great miner, good luck with sales.

Hey man. I would love to buy it but please promise me this is another bullshit miner.
I had a few and they either didn't work or they even started mining for the seller itself ( assholes :(! ).
Can you guarantee me this file is 100% CLEAN! So no wallet id switching etc.?
