Hacked Gmail account - TimeZoned - Apr 11, 2017
Hello there, my friend got keylogged and lost his gmail account. I have gathered number of keylogger as he knew that person but he's from other city and gave me his number. I tried helping him and no use Google doesnt assist me at all.. I answered all questions but skipped ones with number as hacker changed it and cant get ahold of that account. Anything i could do?

Decompile the keylogger. login to the email the logs r sent to. idk do something fun with it. for ur friend gmail account. CALL google and tweet at them

Does google have support email? So i could contact them that way?
Google support is really dumb, i cant get contact email and + it is just help for paid users as much as i see

I couldn't tell you the link but yes google has number and also live chat for support. I did once speak to one of the customer's support here in Indonesia via phone.

Scan the PC with NoBot, to make sure it's cleared of infections.

Just contact google and they will help restore the account, good luck.

Once the account is recovered, tell your friend to get 2FA.
