If you're planning to use the software illegally I would recommend Netwire. HF rats can be used for illegal use but your license will be banned when there are reports

Legal usage - Orcus (Paid).

What is considered "illegal use?"
I intend to buy some RATs and I have this doubt.
Things that I will do:
- Only scan with VirusScanners that don't distribute the samples
- Remote Desktop
- Hidden RDP
- Copy another RATs servers
- Copy files
- Copy passwords
Basically only to spy... well I know that all these activities may be considered illegal, but I think most people who buy RATs have that intention, so they would have more or less harmful activity, shall we say?
Things that I won't do:
- Scan on Virtustotal or another Malware scan that distribute samples
- Spread virus
- Format
- DOS
- DDOS
- Bitcoin
- Any crime

Use a free one like Revenge RAT, at that is extremely stable and has a lot of features, if it's not enough though, buy either Luminosity Link, Imminent Monitor, or Orcus (only buy these for legal purposes or you will get banned)

I would suggest you to look on QuasarRAT for a free one and for paid RAT use Orcus for legal purposes.
I also used SilentBytes (still in beta) and it works great on me.

Use Quasar for your purpose, it has got everything you need, stable and free...the best part nobody will terminate your license :P.

Or you just writing yourself a small Backdoor which only installs himself and asks for instructions from a webservers file. A small 100Lines Script. Easy Peasy Lemon Squezzy.

Interesting post makes me think a lot
