So yeah.. the power went out, my router changed my ip, 30 minutes of struggling to open the fucking port again, slaves are gone. What do?

about 5 ... 1 of them appeared now out of nowhere then 1-2 minutes later i get a message saying "there is a high number of failed connection attempts to nanocore site" .. no other program is using the port

This is one of the reasons why you need a VPN or server. Additionally, it's not smart to have infected clients connecting to your IP like that. The connection can easily be reversed and traced right back to you with ease.

If you are using a DNS then just update the IP to your new one.
