How can I boot windows 10 in safemode when your computer wont boot up, I've tried f8 it does nothing any suggestions?

Actually, F8 doesn't work as you can't press this key fast enough.

1. Hold shift when clicking restart.
2. Click troubleshoot on the menu that appears.
3. Click advanced options
4. Click reboot.
5. On the startup settings menu press f4 to boot into safe mode.
