This was the image I used
To create:

I'm pretty sure there are tools out there to do this, but you never get good results. This method doesn't take too long, this took just over an hour and a half. I just created simple shapes from the original image, then off-set all of the paths.
What do you think? This is my 2nd time doing something like this, I'm fond of the results.

Cheers for the positive words man, I'm doing some more, but I think I'm going to make the lesser quality, so the effect pops a bit more

Its not bad its just hard to get all the details when turning a high quality picture into vector art. But not bad man keep it up!

Live trace could've done this in seconds. Just saying. Same results if not cleaner. If you didn't use live trace already =/

I find it just doesn't give as good results, when these are done professionally they're all done by hand

Nice work mate :) What software did you use ?
if that's manually created it good .. but if its just generated still good tho .. maybe you should make your shapes more accurate to a fur of a fox .. But still ! Good Work mate I like it :)
