If he has signed into the app before, Change your username to something like "getturboed123" and change the email to the account. Then enter your email, "get help signing in", "use email or username", enter your username, "need more help" and a form should pop up.
Enter the details into the form say something like my account was hacked, email was changed and act dumb saying your username got changed to turbo when you looked it up it was a hacking program or something. Tried that for a 3 char that got turboed and support said they could help but I didnt have og email so couldnt do anything.
