Hello,
So I use the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma, and sometimes when I'm in Discord I hear this weird clicking sound and my microphone doesn't work anymore. It only works if I pull-out the USB, then it works again. So then when my mic works again, my csgo sound is fucking trash, and I can barely hear stuff. It's quite annoying and I'd like to get a fix, maybe you guys have an idea on how I can solve this problem.

My microphone is doing exactly the same thing.
I'd send you a PM if I figure out the issue, please do the same, because I am about to go crazy because of my headset.

Yes, I do.
And I am having serious doubts if I should buy a new one.
I actually had a lot of issues with my headset already.

There was a short period where all the sounds in my headset disappeared.
Like, I couldn't hear anything in the headset, but then someday it magically stopped doing it. That itself was enough for me to consider buying a new headset.

I'm going to try to contact the steam support, don't feel like buying a new headset. I'm also going to re-install & update my razer software.

Hey! I don't wanna be rude or anything and off course I AM NOT an expert, but a few months ago while I was kinda considering getting into youtibe and did some research... Well most gamers will tell you that this is a common problem with most headsets(though the Kraken tends accentuate it and happens earlier aswell), they reccomend having them separate specially if you plan on creating content.
While for your own amusement the same applies but you can spend less there are good clip mics at 25$.
I don't remember the exact problem but there was a tech guy that explained the compromises well and the TL;DR is that no headset can have a good mic(That's why you see no Youtuber using the headset MIC, but their own separate YETI or whatever).

sounds like a problem with the wire since you unplug-plug and works.
i recommend buying a 3$ mic and test it out .

I had the same headset and experienced the same problems. Overall the quality of the headset is trash.. only lasted me 6 months.Hope you find a fix bro.
