Help me Install a Desktop Environment on my Dedicated Server - Annointed - Apr 30, 2017
Hey guys, could someone help me install GNOME or XFCE + TightVNCServer for me on my dedicated server (Ubuntu 14.04).
Everytime I do it, and then I get on and use it for like 15 minutes, and then I get disconnected. Something like:

Can't find file /home/somethinghere:1.pid
You'll have to kill the Xtightvnc process manuallyI can't figure out the problem, thanks! 🙂

Once I start the new session, it happens again within 15 minutes. No point of keep starting new sessions. Even though I already saw that link, thanks.
