No, I used Pentool to make the triangles and Average blur to color them.

From what I can tell, you used only triangles, which is good.
However, a lot of them seems to be choppy. How exactly did you make them?
Pen Tool - path or shape?
Also, you can tell it's an Ironman, but it could use a lot more work.
His face for a start, it looks weird, especially around the eyes.

Pentool Path > Make Selection > Average Blur
Triangle by triangle.
Polygonal Lasso Tool can work too, it's more because it automatically makes selection.

Looks a bit to busy in my opinion would have gone for a bit more organised but overall the concept is awsome and the end result aswell would rate it 7/10.

Try with shapes next time.
It will look much cleaner.

Could it be made with anymore detail? It's kinda hard to distinguish any of his facial features.
