I paid Cyam 85$ via PP to get BTC but he's not sending even when he's online..

There were an error from his side, we agreed to the point that I chargeback to get my money back.
Solved.

I already explained it was problem on my end, lost $160 in total, but it's okay.

I told him to chargeback so this has been resolved. :)
