[Offline Hacking] Bypass Windows Login Screen. - Nozreon - May 14, 2017
Hello, i think you guys already know how to do this. But if not here the tutorial.
A. Item You Need:
- flashdisk
- ubuntu/kali linux iso
- rufus application
- computer (for burn iso to flashdisk)
- computer running windows os (victim)
- a luck
B. Tutorial
1. Download rufus application.
2. Download ubuntu/kali linux iso.
3. Put your flashdisk on your usb port.
4. Open rufus.
5. Burn ubuntu/kali linux iso into flashdisk. (Rufus might be request you to download syslinux)
6. After it done, eject your usb.
7. Search your victim computer.(if the victim turn on the computer, turn it off and disconnect the computer from power source by unplug the power cable. I will explain why to do this in the end of tutorial).
8. Put your usb into your victim computer.
9. Turn on your victim computer and go to bios option.(in common situation you can press esc)
10. Select your flashdisk in boot option.(do usb boot)
11. Wait until the booting processes is done.
12. Open your victim disk (drive C is default disk for windows).
in theory if you can access their disk why you need to bypass their login screen?
13. Goto windows\system32.
14. Search for sethc.exe and rename it to sethc_(1).exe.
15. Search cmd.exe and rename it to sethc.exe.
16. Eject your flashdisk and unplug your flashdisk, restart the computer.
17. Press shift key 5 times or repeatedly until you see command prompt in screen.
18. Type this command:
Net user /add pentest
Net localgroup administrator pentest /add
19. Restart the computer again.
20. Login as pentest and now you can do your business.
C. Have Problem?
As i say you need to unplug the power cable from power source because i already try it and you cant access the disk if windows not shutdown completely and when i unplug the power cable from power resource i can access the disk.
