I applied and got it first time....
Ur problem is ur rep ratio. Way too many negs and neuts to positives
I waited till I had 100 rep and I applied with only 6 negs and 2 neuts and got it. Also had over 1000 posts before applying
I also made sure my posts per day was over 2.5

This isn't hard facts though. I'm sure there are tons of variables. Even relating to how he's feeling in real life.

I think I did pretty good rebuilding my hf account. I went from -12 rep all the way up to now. I posted some pretty stupid shit in my day.
