I tried the following:
-using gpedit
-using cmd commands
-reset registry to default values
-changing permissions
-running some script off the internet
-'turning it off and on again'
I was opening loads of dodgy executable's because I'm careless then this happens. plz help.

I had a restore point from a few hours ago so that fixed the problem(desperate times :P) but thanks anyway that tool looks like it will come in handy in the future. :)

run these:
- HitManPro(will fix the disabled stuff)
- ESET Scanner
- MalwareBytes
- BitDefender anti-Adware
