Edge browser, useful for anything at all?? - severos - May 29, 2017
Title says it all, that blue 'e' icon that comes pre-installed with Windows 10 that everyone avoids... I've been using it for over a year (as a PDF reader, don't panic😝), but Windows has finally made it 👍 After the last update it's been getting super slow, have 3 PDF files open in it (each is around 3MB, totally safe files) and when I check the Task Manager, it shows Edge using 80% CPU power...🤦♂🤦♂
Does that officially mark the end of Edge as a usable program? or does it still have some secret useless usage?

Only reason I open it (rarely) is because it displays some unicodes which Chrome doesnt

Windows Edge is a joke, even with the whole campaign aimed at promoting Edge over Chrome and Firefox.

Well, they actually give you 'points' that you can redeem later for stuff if you use Edge, it made me think of using it at work, but then they said my country ain't supported... screw them

It's work its downloading Chrome.
But i use it on the really really rare times that chrome refuse to open a webpage, for whatever reason.
