TL:DR
Runes and masteries are becoming one.
All runes will be free and a system will be put in place to return all your ip spent on runes.
Keystones are becoming a lot stronger.
The honor system is being revamped and will make a bigger impact.
Didn't watch the last bit but yeah. This is coming in the november preseason. Honestly looks pretty cool.

If they will return IP to all players I think they are gonna increase Champion and Icon prices. Time to invest in champion shards.

I think its just as a payback for all the newish players who have been pouring ip into runes. Some of those quints are like 2k a piece.

They won't increase champion and icon prices because they said they wanted new players to have a larger champion pool, I hope they decrease champion prices if anything.

So new players can earn more loot by being friendly.
