Bo2 won't boot, black screen and freeze - iampoor - May 31, 2017
Basically only got it and set up yesterday from watching YouTube videos and stuff only learning and stuff, it was booting fine before I started adding default_mp files etc, aka the mod menu stuff, now when I start bo2 it keeps going black and freezing to where I have to turn it off with power button?

Have you made a backup of the original files you replaced?

Yeah, I still have the black ops 2 normal files on my desktop, the way they were downloaded, I may ask someone to teamviewer me later with some knowledge on all of this it's pretty new to me.. using neighbourhood

Also, make sure you have downloaded and applied to current TU in FSD.
I never modded BO2 so I don't have much experience with that particular game.

It was working for a while when I booted it through the neighborhood folder and mod menu was working fine etc, I'll try it when I get home ðŸ˜

It might just be that particular menu.

I've tried two so far and both worked but when I went back to the dash and tried to load it back up it black screened and froze, I'll try more when I get home
