I would recommend using Hertz via Gold Rewards Points and try to book on a Thursday of every week. Online prices always fluctuates and I've been personally told by a Hertz employee Thursdays is the best day to rent. On another note, I have also personally rented a midsized SUV on a thursday for a future rental date and was charged about 97$ USD plus tax for a Friday-Monday car rental.
