No. You're not allowed to use dynamic sigs on HF. They can be abused and normally slow the loading of pages. So we ask that you do not use dynamic images in your sig. This rule also applies to avatars.
Is this seen as a dynamic signature? It grabs the portfolio of users and displays them on an image. Not sure how often it gets updated.

Well technically yes it's a dynamic signature, though I've seen people using those before so maybe it's a gray area? Don't quote me on this though

All dynamic images are disallowed in your profile. Feel free to report anybody using them.

I think the only time it is questionably acceptable is if the actual image is just a static image and you are reuploading a different image to the same url. E.g. example.com/sig.png and then your own website has a cron job or some script to replace example.com/sig.png every so often. To HF, there is no change in load time because a static image is still being loaded.

Taking the image and uploading it to imgur and using imgur is fine. If you want to do that every day to make it "semi-dynamic ", knock yourself out.
Using the coinventory link is not allowed. Even if coinvebtory caches the signature for 30 mins ( https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5461569&pid=53113276#pid53113276 )
