User antonym (UID=2892976) Charge Back / Using Fraudulent Paypals - Armada - Jun 5, 2017

So lets start with the most obvious BS I have dealt with in a while.

Wake up to this PM.

Sure enough, I check, yep I got a purchase order matching the information.

So, I issued his license at 7:46 am this morning.

Roughly 1 hour later, I receive this email.

And the User is still requesting support, too.

Now it is safe to assume the user is now trying to work the software, has registered the software with our system, I find it highly unlikely they would start an Unauthorized transaction dispute on their own purchase, which leads to the simple conclusion.

antonym (UID=2892976) Is using Stolen / Compromised Paypals to make his purchases. 😠

Sorry to hear that he is using fraud funds just try to get rid of fraud funds because PayPal limits Sellers who accept fraud funds
Even if they don't know it is fraud but PayPal doesn't love losing money.

Absolutely ridiculous how people act online.
User has lost their license over this bull shit, all for what? Being impatient and not allowing my support staff time to reply to a issue they were having.

He paid and disputed, and LOST. I am keeping the funds for the fucking troubles of having to deal with the dispute.

I am a more than reasonable person, especially when it comes to my products and businesses. But if you dispute against me without even allowing me an opportunity to fix whatever issue you are having BEFORE HAND. You loose ANY support or sympathy from me.

I HATE people disputing against me. I work hard as fuck to provide the best products to everyone. No ONE specific user is any more special than any other customer. EVERY customer is my top priority, those specific users who feel entitlements towards my services get shut the fuck down, quickly.

Read the thread and be aware of who you are dealing with. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST BTC only transactions with this user.
