Open this link on IOS and install the certificate
(This only will work if you do not have the firmware update already giving notifications)

Also if you are on 10.3.1 or below and want a jailbreak in the future I suggest staying on it until there is at least a suspicion of a jailbreak for a higher OS. As of the time I am posting this 10.3.1 is still being signed and you can downgrade with Shift+Click on itunes (Windows) and ALT+Click on MAC. Pangu has demoed a jailbreak for 10.3.1 however IT IS UNSURE OF WETHER OR NOT IT WILL BE RELEASED
