How can I be sure that I will get them all? Also what stops them from all being changed and then you just saying it was your friend?

If what the OP said is correct and all the accounts are verified/inactive, you wouldn't be able to change any of the account information anyways without a code that's sent to the verified email.

So basically even if by buying these. We are screwing over his friend + his friend can still sell them on further because no one can change details?
