Are you a crypto enthusiast? - Gunrox - Jun 17, 2017

Ever since Bitcoin showed up on 2009, I became curious about the digital currency and its underlying technology. At that time, it was very inexpensive and I thought that it was going nowhere.

It was no until late 2014, that I have decided to go deep into Bitcoin by researching its blockchain technology and using the digital currency itself for everyday transactions. I did get into Bitcoin earlier due to fear, uncertainity, and doubt, but if I had, I would've become a millionaire by now.

But still, it was better late than never and I decided to begin my journey into exploring and study blockchain ever since I have started on 2014. It was the amazing concept of the technology underlying Bitcoin that drove me into becoming a crypto enthusiast.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your story about how you became a crypto enthusiast and what has driven you into becoming one.

I don't really have a story to share, but I had the same train of thought as you when Bitcoin initially emerged. Never really thought much of it, however I did accept a handful of coins in the Marketplace but soon sold them when the price hit ~$15, ha. I am educating myself more and more regarding Crypto as a whole, not just the financial side of it.

Don't you just sit there sometimes and wish you never sold that coin?
Think about where we would be right now, probably living a life far away on a private island swimming in our money like there was no tomorrow and with the right heart donating money to the poor and providing a settled future for our families.

I only got into the CC scene about 3 years ago,

with that being said bought $650 worth of btc and (2 BTC at the time)

I wish I held onto it, ended up exchanging to PayPal once it hit $900

I got into cryptos a few years ago, but only started recently investing a decent amount of money. I really like it and check the markets and do some research on my coins every single morning

Ha, more often than not I look back and regret not devoting more time into researching the technology and the purpose of the coin before making any moves. Then again, when I owned the coins, they were merely "virtual points" to me, I didn't even consider it being compared to fiat.

I'm new to the game and haven't made any money.

I've researched my ass off and have spent literally like 12 hours a day for the past week studying technical analysis and such, and I don't know if I'm just unlucky or what but I'm still negative

I think there's an opportunity for IOTA to multiply though, like at least x2

It's been a rough week for almost everyone.
Hang in there, odds are your portfolio will turn around.
Cheers.

What's your portfolio looking like? Are you day trading or are you simply holding?
