why not host on your main machine? or an old pc?
nginx wamp or xampp is what your looking for then.

You want to spread a php script about and all this jazz yet simple hosting and thinking faculties elude you.. your attacks and everything have one very major flaw sir.. it lies between the keyboard and the seat.
