Messenger - Chat Application Design - AvessoVision - Jun 20, 2017

I saw something that stirred me into making this.
Just a simple chat section with an endless scrolling. Might add the individual chat page soon as well.
Keeping it simple. We have the old lights for online, idle and busy.

Honestly, that was looking good, simple, but looked cool.

Note: if may i suggest. Split the contact and the message section. So on top there is 2 hyperlink picture. 1 is for contact and another one for message. Good luck

If I had to change things about it, here's what I would do:

- Change the speech bubble to the Messenger logo.
- Switch to a light blue instead of red.
- Move the activity statuses to the right of the person's name or to the bottom-left of their profile picture.

Just my personal preference, perhaps?

Overall this looks really clean, frankly I'd prefer it over the eye-burning brightness of Messenger's current UI.

Thank you,
This was done in around 30 minutes. This is for practice purposes.

Thank you,
Speech bubble is a good idea.
Had a light cyan before this but liked both of them.
The activity is also a good choice, although I have followed the current messenger.
I am practicing so I won't be left behind with the trends and what not.
I have something else coming.

It's clean although the text messages are a bit too small in my opinion. It's a texting app where it's all about texting, not the profile pictures.

This is the scrolling page. The avatars are bigger than Messenger's but once you tap on a conversation, you get moved to the chat only page which will have a bigger font nonetheless. But I think it can be a tad bigger, you have a point.

Thank you
