So coinbase doesn't allow prepaid cards to buy btc with. Where could I go to buy BTC at cheap rates with a prepaid card

If its a reloadable card, or like Prepaid CC like I'm thinking and you're trying to do > BTC it will probably be a slight hassle with high fees of course. Why not just take to the ATM and cash it out lol and take ur cash to BTC atm, would prob be way cheaper.
