We consider this financial fraud and a huge risk to our members. Anyone using this type of service or offering it to members will have their accounts immediately closed.
Regardless, holding PP wouldn't be a wise decision anyways even if it was allowed...

It's not but even if it was, I don't see why anyone would want to take the risk of holding the foods and risk getting it charged back unless they were paid a significant amount as some sort of fee.

PP charge backs are a real danger on HF. Maybe you should at least ask for the ID or something to minimize the risk
