What is Post Bump Delete (PBD)?
Quote:"PBD is where you make a new reply in your thread, wait for another post, which bumps your thread then you delete the post."
>> Source

This is worth mentioning here because it is not allowed. Doing PBD will get you repkilled and your sales thread closed.

How do I properly bump my thread?
Quote:"If you want your thread bumped you should make a quality post that positively affects your sales thread or responds to a pertinent reply to another post. Posts like "I'm online now" are not acceptable. "
>> Source

Let's break it down and begin with "positively affects your sales thread":
This does not mean that you should say that your live support is online. Even if it might affect sales good that you have a support, it's something that you could say at any time and therefore it counts as low quality bumping.

Do
"Just generated a coupon code for 15% off your next purchase! Simply click "Enter Coupon" and enter MAXIM15PERCENT. It has 3 uses."
"I have made some major improvements to the GUI of the software. Since It doesn't auto-update you need to download it yourself, just PM me for the link!"

Don't
"I'm online now"
"All tickets have answered"
"PM me if you need any help"
"Still looking to buy UK AGC!"
"Still offering my service."
"Bumping this up hit me up with the offers."
"Thanks for the vouches online now taking orders"
"You can buy this awesome product for $xx"

Then we have "responds to a pertinent reply to another post":
This means that you are allowed to reply to a post as long as your reply is at the minimum of 25 characters, it won't count as low-quality bumping then.

Do
"Thank you for contacting me regarding this issue, to solve it you can..."
"I appreciate the feedback, if you need anything just let me know."

Don't
"Thanks." (Not 25 characters or above)
"Cheers. Support is online now." (Because your reply to the post is so short and meaningless, you are still violating the LQB rule)

What is Buddy Bumping?
It is off-site groups dedicated to bumping marketplace threads. Where people ask eachother to bump their threads. It is LQB and Omniscient has clearly stated that he will be closing people who does so. You can read his officially thread about Buddy Bumping here. It is low quality bumping no matter what you say. Posts like:

"I have sent you a PM"
"Nice thread design"
"Does this involve... this and that?"

Will get you and your friends closed.

Thank you very much for making this thread.
