Firstly, you will need to change your Instagram to a business account.
Then, you will need to connect a Facebook page (don't worry, you can create on one the spot.)
After that, you can set your own budget (ANY BUDGET WILL WORK WITH THIS METHOD!). For example, a $10,000 budget, which you can use with this method, will generate you impressions (views, website clicks etc) from 800k-1m people, depending on your niche.
How Does My Method Work?

Everyone is pretty much saying it doesn't work except for you and travis. You get billed in different payment thresholds and doesn't work as you say it does. You should help out your customers instead of closing the thread and leaving everyone in the dark.
