Profile & Gallery Showcase UI Design - AvessoVision - Jul 8, 2017

A quick concept for the weekend. Profile with Swipe for Gallery Showcase with Fullscreen included.
Something that I've found interesting about it and I like the way it goes. Not many things to confuse your mind. Simple buttons with quick actions.
Haven't done anything lately and I needed this practice.
I would like my UI enthusiasts to get more active and share some of your concepts or wips.

I have updated the thread with the UI color changes related to the gallery images the user has.
I don't know how that algorithm would work, but I'm thinking picking the most dominant color to replace the profile page.
Could've used a little bit more space between the dots.

Updated the green color to a darker shade and spaced out the dots.

drop shadow under the follow button can use some adjustments. Very clean and well balanced from top to bottom.

Hope others agree with me on this, but I believe the sections marked in the image I provided should color coordinate to the photo being shown. Almost like how Twitter does now when you open a photo.

that would be cool. but i think that's his theme. Changing the color would throw off the branding of the ap.

Thank you,
I fancy the shadow like that. It's supposed to be more spread out rather than focused under the tab.

Thank you,
Actually that's a pretty neat idea. I am not following Twitter nor am I using it, but I would definitely take this in consideration from now. Might edit it tonight and see how I feel about it.

Thank you,
It would look good either way. As I might give it a try later on and see how the first page reacts to the gallery matching colors.

Just got back to it for a bit and updated it.
It isn't a bad idea overall. I can envision this as a neat transition between powerful images or vivid backgrounds.

I love how you made my suggestion work. I think it looks great. :)
Are you considering making this an actual app?

I am glad it appeals to you.
I do not intend in making any of these concepts a real thing, unless there's a really brilliant idea behind it and I have a devoted team that has the same vision.
These will eventually end up in my new upcoming portofolio.

I actually really like the update. That was a good suggestion.

I'm making my way back into web design, have been doing it for a few years, but went on a year or so hiatus. Maybe we could work something out and collab on something in the future.

Green text is somewhat hard to read, I feel like the darker shade of green would work better, but nevertheless, lovely design. :3

That's good to hear. We need some more activity and a lot more designs.
I'm open for any collabs. You can pm me for my Discord whenever you feel ready about starting again.

Thank you,
You are right. The actual green that I picked was way lighter and had to put some shades to it. I guess it needed a tad more.

God dammit, I was gonna make one of these UI Showcase type images but after seeing yours, I feel discouraged. Great work OP! 10/10
