Hello.
So I decided to get jabber - turns out there's a million different clients that can do different things. So I was wondering - which is the recommended / most populair client?

Pidgin is a good client I can recommend it, dont forget to get OTR for OTR chats.

Pidgin and otr are basically a must for xmpp.

What does it mean Pidgin & OTR in xmpp?
I've just gotten pidgin, but is otr another thing I download and run together or something?

There's tons of resources and guides on Google. A simple search would answer your questions. Don't expect to be spoon-fed!
